  1. Introduction

Welcome to Pip English UK Ltd. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Pip English UK Ltd. provides professional training, advisory services, events, and memberships for international businesses and professionals engaging with UK market clients, suppliers and partners. These Terms outline your rights and obligations when using our website or services.

  1. General Terms

 

2.1. Eligibility

  • Our services are designed for professionals and businesses engaging in UK market business relationships and contracts.
  • By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering a contract.

 

2.2. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and methodologies (including the PROPEL model) provided by Pip English UK Ltd. remain our intellectual property.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any material without written consent.

 

2.3. Privacy & GDPR Compliance

  • We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
  • Personal data collected during course registration, membership sign-ups, and corporate engagements is used for service delivery and communication only.

  1. Service-Specific Terms

 

3.1. Pip Executive Programme (6-Month Programme)

  • This is a structured programme for senior decision-makers, delivered online fortnightly with additional masterclasses and strategy calls (see service listing for full details).
  • Participants pay an upfront £2,500 payment.
  • In addition, monthly payments of £200 commence when the programme starts. The first of these monthly instalments must be paid prior to the first session in the programme.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to 15 days after booking: Full refund of all funds paid.
  • After 15 days but before programme start: 65% (i.e. the participant is not entitled to any refund of the £2,500 paid up front but simply does not commence payment of the £200 monthly instalments).  
  • Once the programme starts: No cancellations; full programme fees apply.

 

3.2. Business Professional Course (10-Week Course)

  • This is a weekly online course with additional features of the service (see service listing on Pip English UK website).

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to 15 days after booking: Full refund.
  • Up to 6 weeks before the course start date: entitled to 50% refund of the total course cost. 
  • Within 6 weeks of the start date: 85% of the total course fee is payable.

 

3.3. Corporate Services

Includes tailored training, partner retainers, and speaking engagements (see service listing for further details).

 

  1. a) Custom Training Programmes: Fees and cancellations/refunds are agreed in advance based on scope and preparation requirements.

 

  1. b) Pip Partner Retainers: Subject to individual contractual terms.

 

  1. c) Speaking Engagements: Bookings are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 33%. If highly tailored content is required the non-refundable deposit is 50%. This is confirmed at point of booking and written into terms documentation. Any expenses already incurred due to non-refundable travel bookings for international travel arrangements are also to be met by the client.

Cancellation Policy for Speaking Engagements:

  • Up to 8 weeks before engagement date: 50% refund.
  • Fewer than 8 weeks before engagement date: 85% of the fee applies.

 

3.4. Pip Insider Membership

  • Membership costs £35 per month and provides access to exclusive business insights, reports, and events via weekly email with additional features (see service listing on website).
  • Members may cancel anytime, and cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds are provided for partial months.

 

3.5. Events & Workshops

  • Some events require advance payment; details are listed per event.
  • Full refunds are available for event cancellations up to 7 days before the event.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations within 7 days of an event.

 

  1. Payment Terms
  • Payments must be made via the approved payment methods on our website, our Eventbrite payment screen or our Stripe link which we send to you.
  • Failure to pay for services may result in service suspension.

 

  1. Confidentiality and Participant Conduct

 

5.1. Confidentiality Agreement

  • Pip English UK Ltd. operates on a foundation of trust. As such, all participants in our programmes, courses, events, and workshops agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared by other attendees.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, trade secrets, financial details, or personal insights disclosed during discussions, strategy sessions, and networking opportunities.
  • Participants may not record, share, or distribute any content, discussions, or materials provided during Pip English UK sessions without explicit written permission.

 

5.2. Respectful Conduct

  • We expect all participants to engage respectfully and professionally.
  • Any form of disruptive behaviour, harassment, or breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the programme or event without refund.

 

  1. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
  • Pip English UK Ltd. is not liable for any delays, disruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: 
    • Natural disasters
    • Significant technical failures
    • Government restrictions
    • Health emergencies (e.g., pandemics)
  • In such cases, we reserve the right to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Pip English UK Ltd. provides training and advisory services but does not guarantee specific business outcomes due to the need for participants to invest time and effort to applying the principles and methodologies.
  • We are not responsible for any financial loss, missed business opportunities, or operational impact resulting from the application (or misapplication) of our teachings. While Pip English UK Ltd. typically achieves much higher-than-average success rates, they are not 100%.  
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service.

 

  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.

 

  1. Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • Any changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect.
