A UK-based global partner for international businesses and professionals
European and Asian companies lose millions in stalled UK deals, failing to win new deals or not getting the full value from them. We diagnose exactly why UK deals die, stall or underperform and fix them fast. We work with European and Asian business leaders and professionals to help them to win new high quality, profitable deals. Whether seeking to expand into UK markets or already here, you need to influence them day to day and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to grow your business or career and recover when things go wrong.
We do this through training, strategy and hands on support. We equip you with proven behavioural science and neuroscience techniques, expert pitch approaches and persuasive business terminology suited to UK clients and partners, along with a deep understanding of UK market expectations so you can expand, succeed and prevent failure or underperformance.
Accelerate Revenue, Fix Your Stalled UK Deals and Win New Ones
Win More UK Deals
We help European and Asian businesses win new UK clients, recover stalled deals, and make existing accounts worth more. We combine:
- Proven commercial persuasion methods for new business development
- Deal recovery expertise that rescues stalled opportunities
- Expansion tactics that turn small accounts into major clients
Whether you’re struggling to break into UK markets, watching deals die, or seeing small accounts stay small, we transform your results. We’ve saved millions in stalled deals and dramatically increased account values for businesses across Europe and Asia.
The truth? Your UK accounts are underperforming. And those prospects who walked away? They chose competitors not because of better solutions, but because someone knew how to sell to UK buyers. Every day costs you money – new deals lost, opportunities stuck in limbo, or accounts paying far less than they could.

Increase revenues
The UK market has evolved, and many companies are falling short of the strategic finesse needed to capitalise on its changes and get full value from existing business relationships. At Pip, we offer deep insights, tailored methodologies, and expert guidance and learning to help you navigate this landscape with precision. These give you the competitive edge to increase your revenues. Our next free online course takes place on 7 July and there are still some spaces left: book here: https://bit.ly/UKBusSci7Jul25

Win more, win faster, and rescue the deals that are stuck.
At Pip we save deals when they’re going wrong and help you to win new business. Adapting to the new expectations of the UK market is what is now essential to succeed and overcome problems. There are excellent, highly successful commercial persuasion methods but many businesses don’t know how. The landscape has modernised, and sticking to old strategies won’t work any more.

Stop losing deals
Slow progress in the UK market or not getting 100% from your relationships with UK clients? You’re not alone. Deals can fail dramatically, die slowly or never get off the ground – but they can be recovered. Many businesses fail numerous times before giving up, accepting extremely slow growth or they recognise they can inject energy back into the deal and bring it to life again. Have a short call with me or one of the team for a free ‘deal diagnostic’ (normally £500, free for qualifying companies).
